Personal information you provide through the Services: We collect personal information from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you log in using your Google account. By voluntarily providing us with personal information, you consent to its use in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide personal information to the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such personal information may be transferred from your current location to VidSumm's offices and servers.
Our overriding principle is to collect as little information about you as possible. VidSumm may collect and store your: name, email address, profile picture, time zone, and language based on the Google account data used to log in. We only communicate with Google's servers via Google APIs (OAuth). VidSumm's use of information received from Google APIs will be in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including limited use requirements.
Other information
Non-personal data: When you use VidSumm, we receive and store certain non-personally identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot currently be used to specifically identify you. VidSumm may store such information itself, or it may be contained in databases belonging to VidSumm affiliates, agents or service providers.
Cookies: In the course of providing our services, we may use a technology called "cookies." A cookie is a piece of information that the server hosting our services transmits to your browser when you access the services. Our cookies help provide additional features of the services and help us more accurately analyze the use of the services. Information from browser extensions: VidSumm may collect certain non-personal information through browser extensions, such as the URLs of the YouTube pages you visit. This information is used to make the service work better.

If you provide personal information for a specific purpose, we may use that personal information in connection with the purpose for which it was provided. VidSumm does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet use and to enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never submit personal information to the Services without their consent.
The Services may contain links to other sites not operated or controlled by VidSumm ("Third Party Sites"). The policies and procedures described herein do not apply to Third Party Sites.
